The “Certified Club King”, Jaymie Silk, has expertly packed his Let’s Be Lovers EP with 5 outstanding tracks, primed to take the dancefloors of the world by storm.

Producer, vocalist, remixer and DJ, Jaymie Silk is a master of combining diverse musical personalities. His most recent releases have been critically acclaimed and are consistently shortlisted in Best Albums/EPs (Mixmag, Resident Advisor, Bandcamp).

On the title track, Let’s Be Lovers, Jaymie evokes the spirit of 90s underground rave anthems, whilst Be Sassy reflects Jaymie’s formative time as a resident DJ in Montreal’s ballroom scene. His innovative use of AI to produce and play with distinct vocal traditions in music is on full display in SMTaSMA and Wxmen. Completing the EP is the utterly seductive Work Your Body, weaving African percussions with techno and house sounds.

Jaymie Silk celebrates the black roots of electronic music, whilst trailblazing a path to what the future of music could sound like with what he terms Rub music - a contraction of rave and club music:
